How fucked is your hearing?

I could hear up to 18kHz… and 20kHz gave me a major headache?????

at normal volume level with headphones i could hear up to 19kHz and then at super mega all the way up volume level with headphones i could hear up to 20kHz. also i have a huge headache now„, DONT DO THIS IF YOU ARE SICK
